Right of Return

1. All 14-day product return and warranty procedures established by the law of the Republic of Estonia are valid in the eaude1974.eu online store.
2. To return goods, an email must be sent immediately to info@eaude1974.eu. The right of return is valid for 14 days from the day of receiving the goods.
3. The returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
4. The return of goods is at the customer’s expense, except if the goods do not match the order or are defective.
5. Beauty Brands OÜ will refund the money for the returned product immediately, but no later than within 10 working days from the receipt of the goods.

Validity of Sales Terms

1. The sales terms are valid for the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of goods between the customers of the online store (hereinafter “Customer”) and Beauty Brands OÜ (hereinafter “eaude1974.eu”).
2. In addition to these terms, the legal relations arising from the purchase of products from the eaude1974.eu online store are regulated by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
3. eaude1974.eu reserves the right to make changes to the sales terms and sales prices. These changes will be reflected on the eaude1974.eu website.

Prices

1. All prices in the eaude1974.eu online store are in euros, include 22% VAT, and do not include shipping costs.
2. If the order is less than 100 euros, a shipping fee will be added according to the customer’s chosen shipping method.

Order

1. The customer’s shopping cart is created from the moment they click on the “Add to Cart” link, after which they can continue browsing products or start ordering.
2. The order will be canceled if the customer has not paid 100% of the order amount within 72 hours from the moment of placing the order. In this case, the order must be placed again.
3. The order must be paid for immediately via a bank link after the person has entered their data and confirmed the order.
4. Payment for the order can be made in Estonia via Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop, Pocopay, and Liisi ID bank links; in Latvia via SEB, Citadele, and Luminor bank links; in Lithuania via Swedbank, SEB, and Luminor bank links. The partner for the bank link service is Maksekeskus AS.
5. If the customer wishes to withdraw from the order, the withdrawal notice must be submitted in writing to the email address info@eaude1974.eu, which must also include the order number.

Entry into Force of the Sales Contract

1. The sales contract enters into force from the moment the money has reached Beauty Brands OÜ’s current account.
2. Beauty Brands OÜ is the data controller of the customer’s personal data. Beauty Brands OÜ forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

Delivery

1. After the sales contract has entered into force (the customer has paid the invoice), eaude1974.eu completes the order and hands it over to our logistics partners (Itella SmartPOST) for delivery.
2. Orders usually reach the location chosen when placing the order within 1-2 working days within Estonia, and within 3-5 working days within Latvia and Lithuania.
3. For prompt delivery, please be careful when entering delivery data when placing the order.
4. Shipments damaged during transport, where the products, but not the product packaging, have been damaged, will be replaced for the customer. If replacement is impossible, we offer compensation for the cost of the damaged goods.
5. eaude1974.eu is not responsible for delays in the delivery of goods if the goods have been handed over to the logistics partners in a timely manner for the customer’s promised delivery day, but the delay in delivery is due to circumstances that eaude1974.eu could not influence or foresee.

Force Majeure

1. eaude1974.eu is not responsible for damages caused to you or delays in the delivery of goods if the damage or delay in the delivery of goods is due to circumstances that eaude1974.eu could not influence or foresee.

Procedure for Filing Claims

According to the Law of Obligations Act, the customer has the right to file claims for non-compliance with the terms of the contract that appear on the product within 2 years from the receipt of the goods. In the case of a defect that occurred within the first six months, it is assumed that it existed at the time of purchase, and the nature of the defect must be determined by the seller.

1. In the event of a product defect, the customer is obliged to notify eaude1974.eu of the problems at the email address info@eaude1974.eu and provide the following information: name, contact details, and product defect. The corresponding application must be sent no later than 1 month after the discovery of the defect.
2. eaude1974.eu is not responsible for:
   Product damage caused by the customer’s fault or negligence.
   Defects caused by improper use of the product.
   Natural physical wear and tear of the product during normal use.
3. All claims will be reviewed immediately, but no later than within 14 days.

Confidentiality of Personal Data

1. The data and information provided during registration are confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.

Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a prerequisite for purchasing from the eaude1974.eu online store. Our team does its best because the greatest joy is a satisfied and happy customer.
